Originals Refund Policy:
We will only refund your purchase if the package and artwork arrives damaged, just send us an email with the photo of the damaged goods so we can approve your refund. Once your refund us approved, you can choose between mailing the damaged art back and receiving your money back, or having the artwork repaired/replaced. In special cases, we can also offer store credit. We will also not refund any missing works due to frequent scammers that pray on small businesses in the art community.
These policies are flexible and can change from case to case.
